Our Mission
Our mission is to remove barriers to fitness for individuals with disabilities, chronic conditions, or other adaptive needs by providing safe, coached, and community-centered movement opportunities. We partner with local gyms, coaches, and healthcare professionals to build pathways from rehabilitation to long-term wellness.
Access
Sliding-scale and scholarship-based programming so cost is never the reason someone can't show up.
Ability
Coaching that adapts to each athlete's body, goals, and comfort level—never the other way around..
Belonging
A supportive community where athletes, families, and caregivers feel seen, heard, and celebrated.
Adaptive Group Training
Small-group sessions focused on strength, stability, and conditioning with built-in modifications for mobility, balance, and neurological considerations.

• Coach-led warm ups & cool downs
• Individualized scaling options
Location: Triumph Fitness & partner gyms
Programs

“After my injury, I didn't think I'd ever feel strong or safe in a gym again. Adapt & Triumph gave me coaching that understood my body and a community that never made me feel 'less than.' Now my weekly sessions are the best part of my routine.”
